These terms cover your use of this website. Each event also has its own rules, set by its official event page, the venue and the ticketing platform.

Who operates this site
This website is operated by Groupe Creatix Inc. for AFROLAND UNRATED. Contact: contact@afrolandunrated.com. Partners named for a specific event, such as Dopeboyz Entertainment for the November 1 edition, are partners of that event only.
What this site does
The site presents AFROLAND UNRATED events and links to their official pages. Times, entry conditions, re-entry, venue rules, refunds, cancellations, exchanges and ticket transfers are set by the official event page, the venue and/or the ticketing platform, including Eventbrite. This site does not process payments.
Age and identification
Listed events are for guests 18 and over. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the door.
Table and VIP requests
A table or VIP request sent through this site is an inquiry, not a reservation. Nothing is confirmed until our team replies.
Conduct at events
Zero tolerance for harassment, violence, discrimination and dangerous behaviour. Entry may be refused, or a guest removed, for intoxication, aggressive, dangerous, harassing, violent or discriminatory behaviour, or for not following safety instructions. Costumes are encouraged, never required.
Photos and video
Visiting this site never counts as consent to be photographed or filmed. Permission to capture or use someone’s image for promotion is handled on site with the people concerned. Anyone who does not consent must not be photographed or filmed.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws.
